Sveta Hattangdi Kilpady

Sveta started her training at the age of three, under the guidance of Late Pandit Jialal Vasant. From the age of eleven, she became the Shishya of Shrimati Manik Bhide, the distinguished artiste and teacher of Jaipur Atrauli Gharana. Sveta also learnt thumri from the renowned musicologist and talented artiste of the Purabi Gharana, Late Dr. Aneeta Sen. She now is under the tutelage of Smt. Manju Sundaram in Thumri of Banaras ang. Sveta has performed extensively at various festivals, concerts, and baithaks across India and the world, including concert tours and lecture demonstrations in the USA, UK, Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
