Kalapani Komkali

Kalapini Komkali is celebrated as one of the finest classical vocalists of her generation. The daughter and disciple of the legendary Pandit Kumar Gandharva, she also trained under her mother, Vidushi Vasundhara Komkali. Kalapini inherited not only the technical mastery of her craft but also a deep sense of creativity and introspection. She also serves as an active trustee of the Kumar Gandharva Sangeet Academy.
